Holly is a highly qualified graduate in Business with Law and a Human Resource professional and is currently studying for her final qualifications to achieve full membership of the Chartered Institute of Personnel & Development (CIPD). Initiating her HR career within the education, petroleum and healthcare sectors, Holly has developed strong, commercially orientated relationships with senior management teams across both national and international business groups in order to support and provide practical, timely and commercial advice on a broad range of HR issues.
Prior to joining PSM, Holly has taken responsibility for both large and small scale projects implementing key aspects of the HR function, providing practical, commercially-focused and creative advice and consequently securing efficient and successful conclusions for the organisation. As a result, she was able to facilitate conclusions that balanced the commercial needs of the business, alongside succession planning and securing cost-effective and innovative solutions. Consequently, she has achieved a broad range of generalist HR expertise. These include recruitment, training, compensation and benefits, implementation of absence and performance management systems, application of talent management and succession programs and the handling of complex disciplinary/grievance cases and procedures in an effective and timely manner.
In her spare time (yes, she does get some), Holly spends her time keeping fit at the gym along with playing various sports such as squash, fencing and archery and as an animal lover, she spends time with her two family pugs and even hopes to get a hoglet, in the near future. However, she also likes people, although dogs may of course be far more predictable!!
