HCL have been utilizing the services of PSM for many years and over this period we have increased our numbers however, what come with this is the need for clear concise details as to employer/employee rights etc. we have recently needed to seek advice and support from PSM over a delicate employee issues and without the help from Jamie, Colin and the rest of the team we would not have been able to come to a mutually agreeable end.
