BRONZE

For a nominal annual retainer fee (based upon the number of employees) and preferential “pay as you go” fees for verbal advice and guidance or time based projects, PSM provide professional support whilst you regulate the use, to match your own HR and commercial requirements and your financial budgets. Furthermore, you can call on PSM at any time for special HR projects including the implementation of disciplinary/grievance procedures; employee development programs; training, coaching and mentoring programs and recruitment projects, providing you with that added security and peace of mind of a professional “right hand”, for all your HR needs.

SILVER

A fully outsourced contract provides all the essential cornerstones of a comprehensive and robust HR function, including the complete administration of all employee HR records, utilizing a company branded, web based and automated HR record system alongside hard copy records and an unlimited telephone and email advice and support service from your dedicated primary and secondary HR Managers and Officers.

Initiating with an audit and full review of existing HR records/files, along with the preparation and implementation of extensive bespoke employment contracts or where appropriate, combined contracts and handbooks plus a comprehensive range of HR policies/procedures.

Our own range of legal flowcharts for key employee “rights”, such as maternity pay/leave and paternity, so as to simplify and guide you and your employees through the complexities of employment law and our newsletters which will keep you in touch with legal or “good HR practice” developments,

GOLD

Our Gold fully outsourced service includes a complete tailored package as our Silver contract provides, with the addition of regular i.e. weekly, monthly or quarterly on-site visits by our primary HR Manager/Officer to meet Directors and line managers, providing them with personal coaching and mentoring; discussing current or foreseeable HR issues; assisting managers with performance reviews and chairing employee surgeries if required.

The nature and regularity of scheduled visits, will be determined by the complexity of the organization and its structures, the degree of organizational change that is occurring and the perceived regularity of HR issues arising. So we believe that “one size does not fit all” and PSM will seek to recommend the correct number to suit the company and to equally reflect the organizational budgets.
